The food gripper is great just make sure you mind all your fingers very intentionally before using unless you were planing on dying your food red! LOL! Dices really fast!

OMG. That blade is very sharp and does the job very nicely and quickly. Glad I bought it.

I love that it has the safety guard for holding the item being sliced. It is wicked sharp and I don't want my fingers anywhere near that blade! It stores with the safety guard covering the blade as well which is so smart! It is easy to adjust thickness but we bought it to make the thinnest possible slices so have only used that setting. Highly recommend.

As a new mandolin user, this thing cuts time in half. Unfortunately it also cuts your fingers in half so be careful or buy some of those protective gloves! Love this mandolin tho. It works almost too good. Sometimes, even the shield won’t help you!
